What is the process of therapy?

We will meet weekly to bi-weekly for approximately 45-55 minutes. There is no set course for therapy, as it will be tailored to your unique concerns and goals. Our psychologists integrate a variety of techniques as they work with you, drawing from interpersonal, psychodynamic, and Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT) techniques to help you.

Therapy is a safe place to explore your way of being, to become aware of how you impact the world around you.  In therapy, there is no judgment – it’s a quiet place where your thoughts and feelings can be expressed and explored. Our psychologists seek to empower you to create long-lasting change in your life by helping you to understand the roots of your issues.

Imagine having a life in which you feel fulfilled. Imagine waking up without feeling dread about the coming day. Imagine having close relationships where you can be yourself and where you feel accepted. Therapy can create an environment where we can work together to help you move toward these goals.
